- Make sure your house has curb appeal; neatly landscaped, fresh paint if you can - Have professional pictures and virtual tours created, ask your agent to provide this - Remove personal items such as pictures, Declutter; Home staging can be a great source - Take care of surface-level issues, aesthetics make a huge first impression - Handle quick repairs and any deferred maintenance - Give your home a deep cleaning
- Price home competitively, also ask your agent to provide comparable home sales figures
